Sing a silent gospel, shed a teardrop marble. Oh, nigh must be my lofted peak, or else a sacred landfill. No one to be here, balance a sea, bearing not a wave. Nothing to see here, the sunlit night absolves you. You choose to breathe here, you’ve reached the end of all knowing, now let thought fade away. Seek a spent apostle, reify a fossil. Oh, nigh must be my spotless creek, or else a hallowed tar spill.

Lasting shadow, just who are you? Cast another, I now seem two. Throwing a shadow is something that I’m forced to do. Given the light inside, we must allow that a body will block it some too. Lord, I wish for night to come, around the world just one dark united shadow, then maybe this oneness will shine through. Just now, a silhouette comes into view. Oh wow; eclipse of the moon. No clouds. Each thing, distinct. Or is that true? It’s up to you. It’s just an illusion. When will you stop dividing things? Separating each drop off the top of a wellspring. Water must pool, as a rule, before tasted. Or else the water is wasted.

Lo, sleep is silent. I close tight both my eyelids, gazing out to find, my love - a divine creation. Though dim as twilight, I turn into this eyesight. Leaving all behind, my love - desperate sensation. Slow play of light seeps in, deep into closed eyes. Hollow is inside, my love - just space for light. Slow fade to night, deep in thoughtless insight. Hollow is inside, my love - just space for light. Well, well, well, less on my mind. A key washed up out of the tide. Time won’t tell what’s locked inside. Until time stops the key is all you find. I really wonder babe, what I’ll find. Sing into an empty room, a tune about your life. Given that we each must leave you keep the door cast wide. Ring a bell above the town, an echo sending life. Insure us all a vacancy to keep the door cast wide.
